Vitamin B Shots and Weight Loss

Vitamin B12 shots have been shown to help weight loss. At best, you may face a shortage of this vitamin B12 deficiency can cause weakness and fatigue, but most people get more than enough of the vitamin in their diet. Some vegans or vegetarians may become deficient, but that is rare. There are many myths about vitamin B12 shots and weight loss, with it being marketed as an energy booster and metabolism enhancer. These statements have not been clinically proven.

Clinical weight loss and B12

Many weight loss clinics advise their clients to take B12 shots. Side effects and risks are minimal, but the same, be aware of research that was conducted on B12, even if you choose to enter such a program. Some of these clinics make misleading statements obviously injections of vitamin B12 that have not been proven by science. Even if a doctor or nutritionist is the staff, is not an indicator that he or she is honest. Ensure that your weight loss strategy is supported by well-tested strategies for a healthy diet and regular exercise.
